Babka with Nutella

Babka with Nutella 😍 Easy to make, ready to bake. This homemade babka is sweet and oh so delicious 😏 At Vegitalian, we inspire you every day with dishes from our own kitchen. But we also like to delve -virtually- into yours!


  • 2 large rolls of croissant dough
  • 1 jar of Flower Farm chocolate spread (375 gr)
  • 50 gr of shredded coconut

For the icing

  • 150 gr powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. Unroll both rolls of croissant dough.
  3. Place the two pieces together lengthwise and press all the holes closed.
  4. Spread the chocolate spread and shredded coconut over the dough.
  5. Roll up lengthwise and cut lengthwise with a sharp knife.
  6. Braid the dough together and place in a round springform.
  7. Bake for approximately 35 minutes in the preheated oven.
  8. Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice for the icing and pour over the babka.
